Ball-, roller-, needle bearings

Here you can choose our ball bearings for your needs

Deep Groove Ball Bearing

Deep groove ball bearings can bear axial load in both radial and light axial directions and are easy to install at low maintenance costs. They have low friction torque and are optimized for low vibration and low noise, which are suitable for high-speed operation

Cylindrical Roller Bearing

Cylindrical roller bearings have higher radial load capacity, many designs, series, and sizes. The main design difference between the cylindrical roller bearing types: the number of roller columns (one, two or four) and the type of cages (with, without or with special design). The cylindrical rolling elements allow such bearings to accept relatively faster speeds than other forms of roller bearings.

Tapered Roller Bearing

Tapered roller bearing has tapered inner and outer ring raceways and are configured with tapered rolling elements. This design can withstand the simultaneous action of combined axial and radial loads. The advantage: low friction, low noise, low vibration, longer life, Separable and interchangeable parts for easier installation, disassembly and maintenance.

Spherical Roller Bearing

Self-aligning roller bearings are mainly designed to bear very heavy radial loads and heavy axial loads, have extremely high impact load resistance, and can realize full-capacity load through self-aligning functions thereof in the case that an installation axes are misaligned. They can be automatically aligned in a wide range of swing angles and can accept axis alignment errors within a certain range.

Cross Roller Bearing

Crossed roller bearings: inner ring or outer ring is divided into two halves as a whole with high rigidity. Since the rollers are arranged in a cross, only one set of Cross Roller Rings can withstand loads in all directions, and the rigidity is 3 to 4 times higher than that of conventional models. At the same time, the bearing clearance can be adjusted and even if a preload is applied, high-precision rotational motion can be obtained.

Needle Roller Bearing

Needle roller bearings have a smaller cross-sectional height and could keep the entire machine lighter and more compact, thus maintaining a relatively high load carrying capacity. The key components are the cage and the needle rollers. Needle roller and cage assembly can be mounted directly as a stand-alone accessory, or they can be used in conjunction with other parts, inner and outer rings to form complete needle roller bearings that can be used as stand-alone bearing support mounts.

Slewing Ring

Slewing bearings are generally composed of an inner ring and an outer ring, and also have a split structure of the inner ring or the outer ring. The inner ring or the outer ring can be machined with teeth at the same time and have mounting holes. According to the form of the rolling element arrangement, slewing bearings can be generally divided into four-point contact ball slewing bearing, crossed roller slewing bearing, three-row roller slewing bearing, and so on.

Cam Roller

Yoke type track rollers have axial guidance and shafts for easy fixing to the adjacent construction. In general, the bolt with a hardened raceway replaces the inner ring. The bolt is threaded and often has an internal hex on both sides for simple assembly with a hexagonal nut and adjustment in designs with an eccentric ring. The outer ring surface can be positioned to the raceway of the adjacent construction by the eccentric ring. The track rollers can be lubricated via the lubrication holes provided on the bolt and corresponding lubrication nipples.
